A well-received speaker on health and growth related topics

I have been a well-received speaker in the Pittsburgh area on a variety of health and growth related topics for the past twenty years.  I have presented in settings from church and non-profit organizations to large corporations.  A sampling of some of the topics I have spoken on are:

• stress management

• recovering from separation and divorce
• dealing with the effects of unemployment
